Refund Policy

Overview

This policy describes how refunds and cancellations work for training programs offered by Swastik Artificial Intelligence Labs.

Free demo classes

Demo classes and counselling sessions are free of charge, so no refund applies.

Program fees

The refund terms applicable to each program and batch are shared in writing at the time of admission, before any payment is made.

Please read the terms carefully and ask our team about anything that is unclear before you confirm your admission.

Batch changes

If we reschedule or cancel a batch, enrolled students will be offered a transfer to another batch or a refund of the fees paid for that batch.

How to request a refund

Refund requests must be made in writing using the contact details provided at the time of admission. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.
